IPCC, Greenpeace, WWF und viele andere demokratisch nicht legitimierte Institutionen und Organisationen basteln an einem globalen Umweltvertrag, der die Staaten der Erde unter Klimakuratell stellen soll.
Der Entwurf zu dem noch abzuschließenden Vertrag von Kopenhagen beinhaltet die Gründung einer neuen Organisation, Copenhagen Climate Facility genannt, die - sollte der Entwurf abgesegnet werden - künftig in die Lage versetzt wird, Strafen gegenüber Ländern zu verhängen, die den Anweisungen des CCF nicht folgen. Der Entwurf zelebriert eine planwirtschaftlich anmutende Agenda und wird - falls umgesetzt - tief in die privaten Lebensverhältnisse der Bürger eingreifen.

To avoid dangerous climate change and build climate resilience, the way society is structured will need to change fundamentally – from investment patterns to development programs. This cannot be accomplished by the fragmented set of existing institutions.
In order to enhance the implementation of the Convention in accordance with the Bali Action Plan and its four building blocks, a new institution, the Copenhagen Climate Facility (CCF ), is needed.
2. The Facility shall enjoy such legal capacity as is necessary for the exercise of its functions… The Facility shall have:
a ) an Executive Committee, as the supreme body of the Facility, to supervise and monitor the implementation of operational policies, guidelines and administrative arrangements, including the disbursement of resources…
b ) At least four Boards to assist Parties in fulfilling their actions, aims, objectives and commitments… The Boards shall have decision-making power, including the allocation of funding and other support,.. The Executive Committee may only review decisions of a Board in cases where the Board has exceeded its mandated functions pursuant to this Article…
Each industrialized country should be responsible for part of the 160 billion USD per year required to support action in developing countries as part of its binding obligations…
Final plans for both industrialized and developing countries are due on 1 January 2011 in order to ensure enough time for ratification. The Mitigation Board will review these final versions. If it finds that the Party has not properly addressed all of its concerns it shall forward the situation, namely the “questions of concern”, to the Facilitative Branch.
The provisions for dealing with Facilitative Branch are in Article 11. Briefly, if outstanding issues remain after another dialogue with the Party concerned, the Facilitative Branch may issue a statement of concern. This applies to both industrialized and developing countries. In the case of industrialized countries, the Branch may also require the country concerned to post a bond representing a portion of the penalties a country would be required to pay in the case of non-compliance. If at the end of the commitment period, the country is in compliance, the bond is returned. If not, it is forfeited and the remainder of the penalty is due.

Das ist beim Geld anders. Kein Geld wird vernichtet oder ins All abgestrahlt.
Es ist immer noch da, nur in falschen Händen.
Damit ist klar: mit dem von Affenschiebern generierten Geld werden laufend immer neue Finanzblasen angelegt und befüllt.
Als Umlauferhitzer dienen z.B. Sozialstaaten, deren Regimes dazu sog. "Arbeitnehmer" verheizen.
Daher benötigen wir den Wertschöpfungswandel, damit die Energie (das Geld) in die Taschen ihrer Erwirtschafter geht, aus denen sie ja auch laufend stammt.
Zudem ist Energie == Kapital, wozu das All solarenergetisch zu erschließen ist.
Außerdem wird es kälter, je mehr von dem Scheissmeereseis abschmilzt- logisch!
