Eine eMail von Morgan an ihre Chefin:

The resits are in August or something like that, aren't they (see below)?

BTW, what do I have to do in terms of teaching next year? I don't have a clue about any deadlines, and if I really become module leader for that Macro module, I don't want to start the job by missing the very first deadline.

Module descriptors...? Maybe nothing's due, and I'm just paranoid....


I will have to go over the module descriptors with {Morgan's Doktormutti} next week. The first deadline was the end of April. The second was two weeks ago! but {Morgan's Doktormutti} and I were on holiday. {Morgan's Doktormutti} should have copies of the module descriptors for her subject report.

So, und nun bin ich wirklich verwirrt. Zum einen, weil ich weiss, dass meine Doktormama die Blueprints hat - ich wollte wissen, bis wann ich Aenderungen an meinem Descriptor einreichen muss, wenn ich denn welche machen will.

Think: It's April 19th, let's say roughly mid-April. If the first deadline is end of April, and the second deadline is two weeks ago, then the second deadline is before the first.
I think you didn't mean to say April....

No that is what I did mean. That is what I meant when I said management's deadlines. There is no real rush for something - the first deadline. Then suddenly it is needed - the second deadline.

Also war die offizielle Deadline Ende April (ungefaehr das, was ich auch zu erinnern meinte), aber letzte Woche hat >>Gott<< bechlossen, dass der ganze Kram besser schon in der Vorwoche dagewesen waere.?(

Aber mir wurde schon heute morgen in einem Meeting zu verstehen gegeben, dass ich aufhoeren soll, Entscheidungen der Uni logisch nachvollziehen zu wollen... ?(
