Verstanden habe ich das durchaus.
Aber dem Begriff des "Verbrechers" haftet etwas Gewöhnliches, etwas nicht der Ehre würdiges an (selbst wenn sich das beim Einzelnen Verbrecher völlig anders darstellen mag, es geht um den Begriff), weshalb ich die Verbindung des Erschießunskommandos damit zumindest gewöhnunsbedürftig finde.
